Some retailers will have to develop new protocols, like minimizing customers from touching merchandise, not allowing them to try on clothes, and adopting no-return policies.
For personal services, it means barbershops and hair salons, registered massage therapists, and acupuncture and acupressure providers.
Two-metre distancing will not be possible in some of these settings, so “service providers will be required to take precautionary measures, such as client screening, wearing gloves and face masks.”
