PopSugar Fitness YouTube channel reaches over 4.5 million subscribers. PopSugar Fitness features a variety of the more traditional classes that you would normally take such as cardio, HIIT and pilates classes. “I really enjoy this one hip hop tabata workout from PopSugar fitness on their Youtube channel,” said Michelle Beno, a student at the College of Central Florida. “I would rate it a 10 out of 10.” The videos generally run either 15 minutes or 30 minutes, to an hour.
