The first phase of Saskatchewan’s plan to gradually re-open some services and outdoor activities begins today.

Here’s some of the things that will be re-opening.

Medical services

Some previously restricted medical services including dentistry, optometry, physical therapy, optician services, podiatry, occupational therapy and chiropractic treatment are re-opening starting today.

Medical service providers will still be required to take precautionary measures such as client screening, gloves and face masks when it is not possible to physically distance.

Parks open to vehicle traffic

Provincial parks are opening to vehicle traffic, and anglers will also have access to boat launches. Outfitters, fishing camps and remote northern guided recreational establishments are still closed for the time being.
